Every comment a moderator has removed or put back, with the rule cited and the date. Published because a site that asks you to check its numbers should let you check this too — and because the usual complaint about moderation is that you can't see it.

Counts, not names. Publishing who has been suspended would turn a moderation record into a pillory, and the point of this page is to hold moderators to account rather than users. Restrictions never remove read access, and every one of them can be appealed — including bans. “Appeals upheld” is the number worth watching: an appeals process that never grants anything isn't one.

Nothing has been removed yet. When something is, it appears here the moment it happens.
We publish the rule, the thread and the date, but not the removed text or the author's name — republishing content we removed for harassment would defeat the point, and the log is meant to hold moderators to account rather than pillory users. The comment's own thread still shows that something was removed and why.
