This act renames the Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge located in Anahuac, Texas, as the Jocelyn Nungaray National Wildlife Refuge.

The act provides statutory authority for Executive Order 14229, which also renamed the refuge as the Jocelyn Nungaray National Wildlife Refuge.
